At NextGen Gear, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
